[boost] regex documentation redirected

Not sure if this is intentional but
http://www.boost.org/libs/regex/index.html is redirecting to
http://www.boost.org/libs/regex/doc/index.html.  It would be nice for users
to eliminate the redirection and go directly to the correct page.
