[boost] [Integer] Libraries needs to be taught about Compaq Tru64 UNIX

Someone with access to Compaq Tru64 UNIX could probably fix the two  
COMSOFT errors in the Integer library:

in a manner of minutes. It's likely some preprocessor magic that needs  
to be introduced.
