Bronek_A is the one with patch proposed by Peter, ie. added
flags como-win32 CFLAGS <threading>single : -DBOOST_SP_DISABLE_THREADS ;
... to como-win32-tools.jam . It allows shared_ptr to compile.
I will remove "Bronek_A" as soon as "Bronek" provides at least as good
results, that is some fix for shared_ptr is in CVS.
