Could we please, please don't do "shading"? On OS X, for instance, I
already have one set of shades associated with the page, added by the
OS' GUI itself. Having a pseudo-3D page inside of another pseudo-3D
page just looks bizarre. I can post a screenshot for those who wants a
headache ;).
