It looks like an intermittent failure.. Well at least I only managed to
reproduce it on one session. Try quiting the browser and starting again.
My suspicion is that one of the SF web servers has the permissions on
"/tmp" misconfigured, and hence once in a while on gets that server and
it fail to create the session files in /tmp.
