Prior to boost, I didn't even place Spirit in boost's namespace to
avoid confusion. At the time, when mentioning boost, I say that
Spirit is a "boost candidate".
Prior to boost, Spirit was called just Spirit. Now, it's called
Boost.Spirit. The pre-catenation gave it special meaning. :-)
