If you are encountering a stale lock, there is never any point in
asking another Boost developer (even a moderator) to fix it. The only
people who can fix stale locks are the SourceForge site
administrators. If you truly want it fixed _ASAP_, the best thing you
can do is to submit a support request to the SourceForge people
through their usual request tracker.
