[boost] Boost Shmem BoostBook Help uploaded to Boost Files

Hello to all,

 I've just uploaded the Boost Shmem library help to Boost Files section 
(Boost.Shmem.2005-01-04.help.zip) so anyone can have a look and see what the 
library does without building the documentation. The documentation is in 
BoostBook format.
