A new version of the patch can be found in the Boost Sandbox File Vault
(http://boost-sandbox.sourceforge.net/vault/) under
/bmildner/program_optins.
It has (hopefully) all the changes discussed so far, except for the
detailed formatting desciption.
I also took the liberty to add a copyright notice. Hope that is OK?
BTW: In previous posts i always talked about the "position of the tab" that
is used to set the paragraph indent. That is not correct, it is the "index
of the tab"!
