Hi All,
I have made further modifications, using the Wiki v2 template as the
basis for these revisions. It has now deviated from the Wiki look and
has a few graphics, including one of the logos by Jonathan.

Jonathan: could I request a smaller sized logo? Preferrably one that is
around 80 pixels wide. Thanks. (This is so that it fits with the menu,
allowing the contents to be moved up.)
