I've gone back to running regression tests from CVS HEAD, but the results
don't seem to be displayed anywhere online.
I've discovered in compiling my own programs, that there appears to be me a
missing #include <boost/shared_ptr> missing from time_clock.hpp (also
microsocond_time_clock.hpp?? .. I don't use it so I cannot tell)
