[boost] [1.32] [function] documentation missing

In the release candidate tarballs, the documentation for the
"function" library is redirecting to
http://www.boost.org/regression-logs/cs-win32_metacomm/doc/html/function.html

It looks like the Boost.Book documentation isn't being generated for
this library.  Is this expected?
