I would like to query whether The C++ Source 
(http://www.artima.com/cppsource/index.jsp) would be interested in 
publishing an article on Lazy Template Metaprogramming. I tried e-mailing 
the ChuckAllison_at_[hidden] -address, but haven't received any response 
in about 24-hours. So, if you know how to contact Chuck Allison, please
