[boost] [cvs] waiting for agurtovoy's lock in /cvsroot/boost/boost/boost/spirit/tree/impl

I'm a bit of a CVS dummy so I can't tell whether the message in the 
subject is to be expected. Should I notify the sourceforge folks about a 
stale lock?
