[boost] Regression tests for Tru64 are back.

Hello,

the regular regression runs for Tru64 / cxx 6.5 are back. They are run once 
a day by a cron job.

I will be out of office for the next week, therefore I won't be able to 
switch to the release branch next week. This is scheduled for Monday, 
Semptember 27th.
