There is a fresh Win32 RC 1.31.0 regression test up. See
http://boost.sourceforge.net/regression-logs/
The diff is against the first set of RC 1.31.0 tests, run the 9th of
January. There are quite a few regressions, particularly in the iterator
and graph libraries.
