Looking for problems, I found something unrelated: your checkin of
type_with_alignment.hpp version 1.10 broke it for vc6 and vc7. I
checked in some changes which fix that and should also reduce the
number of template instantiations it incurs. Please take a look to
make sure it looks OK to you.
