According to the guides for adopting the Boost License,
the file LICENSE_1_0.txt must accompany source code, and,
I guess, any other deliverable like docs, scripts, etc.
Is there any policy about where to put this file? Just a single copy
per package (where?) / multiple copies inside each directory?
Must we assume it'll live in boost/ along with main Boost headers
and do not provide our own copy? The guidelines say nothing
about this AFAIK.
