Dave,
I've just downloaded 1.30.1 and the bug I reported a while ago

(Missing BOOST_HAS_THREADS on MSVC with /Za and /MT)
is still there. I don't know config at all but if nobody else has time I'll
try to submit a patch (I believe it'd be less than half an hour for someone
knowing config). Just let me know.
