I've just tried to build Boost 1.30.1, and it failed with the error:
/home/zak/current/unpacked/boost/src/boost-1.30.1/boost/pending/integer_range.hpp:15:39:
boost/counting_iterator.hpp: No such file or directory
This file doesn't appear to be there at all... it's in CVS, but only on
the MAIN branch.
