Not the content. It's just that http://www.boost.org/libs/libraries.htm
links to http://www.boost.org/libs/utility/utility.html and I haven't
found any place where http://www.boost.org/libs/utility is linked. Thus
it seems we should update http://www.boost.org/libs/libraries.html
