Qt = the toolkit from Trolltech ?
msvc = MS Visual C++ ?
If those assumptions are right, then it is a bit OT here; also, the solution
is to simply RTFM that comes with Qt.
If you're having problems with bjam, I humbly suggest asking something
specific or describing a problem differently than 'doesn't work'.
