That would make no sense. My concern is this:

that's one possible (and maybe even reasonable interpretation)
but "implied" is Not Good.
Well, patents aside for a moment, I personally find this whole
issue rather entertaining... if you grant "all rights" then why
not simply release it into the public domain?
