In the container_adaptor.hpp v1.1 file I found a mistake in the definition
of swap (it should not be the same as the definition for end()):
template <typename C>
const_iterator end(const C& c) const { return c.c().end(); }
template <typename C>
* void swap(C& a, C& b) const { return c.c().end(); }
