Excellent. The hello example now builds correctly. I like the way I can say
bjam gcc msvc debug
To get the debug builds for gcc and msvc, even though gcc and msvc are
toolsets, whereas debug is a config option.
Shame about the "NT symlinks not supported yet" errors...
