Thanks for the note. Those links refer to Jeremy Siek's new iterator
categories. I was originally going to import those into the multi_array
documentation, but I thought they belonged somewhere in boost eventually.
I'll put them in with multi_array docs for now and talk to Jeremy about
it. Thanks!
