I would be happy to have all these numerical code available. As far a
Numerical Recipes is concerned, I have the following reservations:
Algorithms in Numerical Recepes are not really known for their high quality.
See http://math.jpl.nasa.gov/nr/. I would probably prefer to see something
like Cephes http://www.moshier.net/. Also I don't know if there isn't a
license issue. For the boost requirements see
