[boost] Test Library: example in docu uses depricated names

I was scanning through the description of Boost Test Library in the CVS. On
the page "Boost Test Library: Test Tools" at the end right after the table
of old v1 tool there is test_exec_example.cpp which just uses these old
names. These should probably be updated.
