[boost] Problem building test library test suite

compiing unit_test_suite_ex_test.cpp (in boost\libs\test\test):

R:\Development\boost\boost\preprocessor\cat.hpp(18) : fatal error C1083:
Cannot open include file: 'boost/preprocessor/config/config.hpp': No such
file or directory

I just did a checkout from CVS not 5 minutes earlier.
