That was my conclusion :) I just added -Dcpp_main=main to the command-line
options & built everything without libprg_exec_monitor.lib.
I will be trying the bjam tests next, but since the bjam build doesn't build
the same library versions as vc7.mak, I wanted to run the makefile based
tests in particular.
