[boost] dynamic_bitset: where is it?

Hi everybody,

I've been quite busy in the last days and did not have time to look at
the new dyn_bitset/dynamic_bitset library. Today I've checked either
on CVS and on Yahoo groups but it seems to be disappeared. Was it
removed?
