I can't make head nor tail of the discussion of views at
http://www.boost.org/libs/multi_array/doc/user.html#sec_generators
It seems to begin by assuming the user knows a whole pile of terminology
(e.g. what a view is -- I have a pretty good idea and can't even figure
this writing out; what a "nested generator is"...). This section seems
out-of-place here. How about a gentle intro to using views?
