In the Boost CVS sandbox, I added a new header <boost/io/iomanip.hpp>. It
adds two new manipulator function (templates). One outputs a new-line
without a flush, the other lets input skip a line. I also added a test file
in "libs/io/test/iomanip_test.cpp" and an altered <boost/io_fwd.hpp>. What
do you guys think?
