I've updated <boost/limits.hpp> to provide reasonably generic
specializations for __int64 and long long types where these are missing.
Likewise the test program limits_test.cpp has been updated to test 64-bit
ints. There's a reasonable chance that there will be some fallout from
this: now might be a good time to rerun the regression tests.
BTW what kind of release schedule are we on - there have been two (or is it
three?) libs added since the last release.
