[boost] Minor bug with SGI stl link in Iterator Adaptor docs

There problem with a link to the SGI website in the iterator_adapters.htm file under the example.  The link is for the
AdaptableUnaryFunction under the Example heading.  It points to www.sgi.com/Technology/... instead of www.sgi.com/tech/...

There is a link later for Input Iterator which is correct.
