I put the bit-reference stuff into another header and added some bit-vector
implementation. (Doing this was my first CVS update and multi-file change.)
Look for <boost/bit_reference.hpp> and <boost/bit_vector.hpp> in the
sandbox.
(Haven't looked at my e-mail since my previous message was sent. Hope I got
a good reception.)
