The attached patches corrects two minor documentation errors.
The first makes the second container in section 4.1 a vector instead
of a list, so the sorting example later in the same section work.
The second corrects a minor typo in table 1 in section 5.8 where the
destructor call in the "Wrapped expression" column was missing a
tilde ('~') character.
