Yes, I get the "gcc does not support -foptimize-sibling-calls" with 2.95.3
on RedHat 7.1. I don't get that error with the 2.95.4 that comes with RH7.1,
instead I get an internal compiler error building regex library in release
mode. But that's an expected one for that release.
