We've formalized the position of Review Wizard and Thomas Witt has
volunteered to take on the job.
The Review Wizard coordinates the formal review schedule. For more

As far as I know, formal review requests are outstanding for the follow
libraries:
MPL
dyn_bitset
uBLAS
If any other libraries are ready for formal review, please let Thomas know
so he can add them to the queue.
