[boost] Boost.Function and old SGI compilers

Has anyone had any success compiling Boost.Function with MIPSpro
compiler version 7.2.1.3m running on IRIX 6.5.14m.  We are getting the
following error:

"/opt/include/boost/type_traits/arithmetic_traits.hpp", line 243:
error(1029): 
          expected an expression
        >::value)); 
                  ^
