VC examples for BGL book.

Hi,

Now that I have managed to get BGL working with MSVC7 I'd like to run
the examples from the BGL book.

However WinZip 8.1 reports BGLVCprojects.tgz download from
http://siek.info/bgl.html to be corrupted.
