threads.jam failing build

Hi,

Following is the status when I tried to build a copy of boost from the CVS.  Does anybody know how to fix it?

jam -sBOOST_ROOT="." -sTOOLS="gcc" -sBUILD="debug"
threads.jam: No such file or directory
unknown target type for <libs!thread!build>libboost_threadmon.so
