I fixed some gremlins in the associative_list, and noticed that linking to a
zip file with a date in the name is hardly compatible with providing updated
versions at a later date.
So the version with the gremlins fixed, and future versions, live at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/associative_list/
