High time for a release. We will follow the new CVS release procedures
described in

The target date for release candidate branch is Monday, February 4th,
around 15:00 UTC (10:00 AM EST).
Please try to get your code in the main trunk stable by then. Let me know
if this schedule creates a problem for anyone.
