In fairness to those working on this in earnest, I want to apologize for not
having come forward with my Policy Adaptor smart_ptr design. I've been
swamped with other things and I don't see getting to it for another week or
two. I just didn't want to be like a company that announces vaporware just
to keep people from buying their competition's product ;^)
