I have recently gone through my local copy of the CVS tree and replaced all
nested bind<> templates with bind_<>, to avoid conflicts that MSVC has with
the Boost.Bind library. This primarily affected the Boost.Graph library. I
plan to check these changes in unless I hear some strong objections.
