Judging by the logs, bind_test compiles OK on Comeau/win32. When run, the
executable does something for 3.68 seconds, then fails with code -1073741819
(0xC0000005.)
This is a general protection fault if memory serves me correctly.
Unfortunately I don't have Comeau C++ do I can't investigate what happens,
or why. :-( A stack trace would have helped immensely.
