A belated welcome to Darin Adler and John Maddock as Boost moderators.
Darin and John have been on board for a month or so, helping with list
moderation and so on. Both independently asked "just what does a Boost
moderator do?", so we've added a web page
(www.boost.org/more/moderators.html) with explanation.
