Ironic that this is the second-to-last post in this thread :). Since then,
we've all ignoring unused variable warnings manually. I have a need for
this for Boost.Threads for Carbon (expect this on Monday), as Bill has
warned me against including concept_check.hpp just for this.
Can we have boost::unused_variable?
