When I need to quickly check something boost-related, like BOOST_NO_INT64_T
(which by convention should have been BOOST_HAS_INT64_T but that's another
story) I type

into my browser, which fails. I then try
which also fails.
Perhaps we should suggest in the library requirements that a top-level
index.html file be present?
